About the role

As a Enterprise Sales Exec, you'll play an important part in our Growth Team. You'll be responsible for generating enterprise sales revenue through inbound and outbound prospecting and sales strategies to hit monthly targets. You'll be prospecting, engaging and speaking with a range medium and large business prospects every day - mainly focusing food & drink businesses with multiple locations around the UK. You'll be providing detailed product information, answering questions, creating great relationships and making sales! You'll be empowered to manage and coordinate your own sales pipeline, organising your day, scheduling calls and prioritising your leads.

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll be selling Grafterr Hospitality, a point-of-sale and ops management products into some of the biggest names in the hospitality sector.
  • You’ll be prospecting and chasing down exciting, multi-location sale opportunities in the UK market from outbound activities
  • You'll be following up on fully qualified sale enquiries generated by our marketing team
  • You'll work with our Sales Manager to run successful outbound sales campaigns
  • You'll be managing your prospecting activities, coordinating your sales pipeline, managing your leads and achieving awesome close rates
  • Preparing sales proposals based on prospect's requirements
  • You'll be speaking with customers in-person and on the phone, learning about their requirements, making product recommendations and creating a great rapport
  • You'll discuss customer requirements and identify opportunity to up-sell
  • Update and track leads progress in our CRM Hubspot
  • Always delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Be knowledgeable on all products offered, and team up with co-workers to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain personal goals
  • Be creative and passionate with your work, it's important all of our team members love what they do!

What we need from you (essential):

  • You need to have inbound/outbound B2B sales experience with evidence of achieving strong sales results in large business / enterprise sales.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or FinTech sales
  • Proven track record, achieving impressive sales results in previous roles
  • You must be confident, outgoing and have great interpersonal skills
  • You must be able to overcome challenges quickly and effectively
  • Be adaptable and be able to quickly think on your feet
  • You must be target driven and enjoy a competitive atmosphere with other sales reps
  • Clear and persuasive communicator with professional telephone manner. You should ooze confidence on the phone
  • Be passionate, enthusiastic and motivated
  • You'll need to work under pressure and be smart with your time
  • Ability to manage your own sales opportunities
  • Willingness to learn, develop and grow with the company
  • Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
  • Keen to learn about new and emerging technologies
  • Be fun, friendly and build great relationships with colleagues and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
