We’re seeking an Account Director to support our service delivery team in growing our existing client accounts at Geeks Ltd, whilst providing leadership on our client roadmaps. An Account Director at Geeks is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a number of innovative and fast-paced client projects by building roadmaps and acting as an escalation point on advise for the internal team.
This role reports to the COO and will also collaborate with the CTO and key delivery team members. The Account Director is accountable for delivering long-term growth and delivering kick-ass value to our clients. You will be passionate about ensuring that we’re delivering on our client roadmaps to increase retention, repeat business, and exploring other opportunities. This role supports the senior leadership team and delivery team to ensure tools, training and lessons learnt sessions are in place for the team's development and successful delivery of our client's roadmaps. This is an exciting client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, whilst building meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Build productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.
Collaborate with clients to develop and drive roadmaps, drive outcomes, and report on progress.
Negotiate solution options and commercial arrangements both internally and externally.
Understand the needs of your accounts and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to address and solve these needs.
Work closely with the SLT to ensure tools, training and lessons learnt are in place for ongoing company-wide process improvement.
Contribute to the commercial strategy and growth of the business.

Required experience / qualifications
5+ years of experience This is not a junior position. You should demonstrate 5+ years of experience in this field, or other roles where you could have develop the required skills.
Experience working on several complex software projects You need to demonstrate experience of working on projects in different industries
