Manager, Product Management
OverviewThis position is responsible for supporting the execution of the Mastercard Cross-Border Services Product as manager for both long-term and short-term strategic initiatives related to Shared Services (FX features and management, settlement, billing, and compliance) for the Cross-Border Services (XBS) product
Role
- Oversees product evolution related to Shared Services, collaborates with Product Strategy to establish a go-to-market strategy for features that leverage Shared Services capabilities and implements incremental improvements within the product’s life cycle in collaboration with the cross-functional teams
All About You/Experience
. Must have 5 or more years of experience in the product management field related to global payment product offerings.
. Must have 5 or more years of experience of production management experience in cross-border payments.
. Must have 5 or more years of experience working in a leadership role
- Responsible for understanding our products' main stakeholders across the full value chain
- Responsible for knowing our top competitors for our product; their capabilities and understanding where and how well we compete
- Must be able to articulate our products in terms of a full story arc with a concise value proposition
- Learn to identify trends that will impact our products 3-5 years in the future
- Must understand how our products make money and the underlying business model
