Overview
This position is responsible for supporting the execution of the Mastercard Cross-Border Services Product as manager for both long-term and short-term strategic initiatives related to Shared Services (FX features and management, settlement, billing, and compliance) for the Cross-Border Services (XBS) product

Role
  • Oversees product evolution related to Shared Services, collaborates with Product Strategy to establish a go-to-market strategy for features that leverage Shared Services capabilities and implements incremental improvements within the product’s life cycle in collaboration with the cross-functional teams
. This role works in conjunction with other team members to draft the business requirements for product development and to create business cases in support of taking projects forward.

All About You/Experience
. Must have 5 or more years of experience in the product management field related to global payment product offerings.
. Must have 5 or more years of experience of production management experience in cross-border payments.
. Must have 5 or more years of experience working in a leadership role
  • Responsible for understanding our products' main stakeholders across the full value chain
  • Responsible for knowing our top competitors for our product; their capabilities and understanding where and how well we compete
  • Must be able to articulate our products in terms of a full story arc with a concise value proposition
  • Learn to identify trends that will impact our products 3-5 years in the future
  • Must understand how our products make money and the underlying business model
