A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Account Coordinator to join us working in partnership with our highly prestigious client Diageo. You will join and be part of our awesome Central Hub team.
The Central Hub supports Diageo / Sodexo specific processes, integrated systems and tools to manage, coordinate and provide administrative support to Sodexo/Diageo and third parties that deliver on site activities. The central hub provide support to the site operations teams, through the management of work orders & workflow in Global Maximo.
We are therefore seeking a highly effective Administrator with experience of working in operations and of working with data analysis. This role will suit someone who enjoys and excels at being client facing and has outstanding communication skills; you will be interested in not only analysing and interpreting data but also in finding solutions. Interpreting data from platforms and understanding KPIs will be key to your success.

Main ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do:
- Compile all records of compliance on the account
- Completion of finance register of goods receipted (RGR) and master register, Raising of invoices
- PO recording
- Ensuring planned and statutory maintenance is tracked in month and noncompliance reasons tracked, managed and closed out
- Supervision and administration of SharePoint library
- Maximo performance tracking
- Analysis of Power BI to proactively manage site performance
- Control of change management of assets in the system
- Daily governance meeting support
- KPI Reporting – daily, weekly, monthly, adhoc
- Overview of the scheduling of hard services works across the portfolio

The Ideal CandidateWhat you bring:
- Comfortable and influential communicator at all levels (operator to director and client)
- Proficient in progress reporting: methods and techniques for reporting progress
- Proficient in reporting and analysis methods
- Able to comprehend, interpret, communicate and embed contract into operations
- Knowledge of methods and techniques associated with planning and monitoring progress of projects e.g. work breakdown structures
- Knowledge of risk management: the identification, assessment and management of risks, which could result in time or cost over-runs, or failure to deliver products which are fit for purpose
- Proficient in customer service techniques: techniques for ensuring that full account is taken of customers’ real and stated needs in the delivery of products and services

Location: Remote WFH but with monthly in person team meetings and some travel required
