Located: Northampton, Northamptonshire (Ricoh operate a vibrant working policy giving you flexible hybrid working options)
Package: £23,000 per annum plus bonus and large company benefits

What you will be doing...

As the Internal Account Administrator you will provide day to day operational reporting and administration support within the Ricoh ITS Service Advantage Operations team.


  • Responsible for the vetting of completed site surveys, to check incoming survey data for quality and completeness and resolve incomplete of discrepancies of data entry. In order to validate installation success
  • To provide ongoing administrative support to the ITS Service Advantage function, including supporting Service Management with daily activity reporting, ensuring administration tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets of daily/weekly transactions to support monthly revenue forecasts. Responsible for collating and reporting statistical and KPI data required for the department. Provide financial reporting of Service Advantage accounts to prepare monthly projections and billing
  • To reconcile, validate and maintain records of third-party supplier invoices, to ensure the correct charges are being applied within the invoices and that these invoices are charged to the correct internal cost centre.
  • Create and maintain financial and operational Management Information Packs for Senior Management, to ensure Senior Management have the information to influence and make decisions
  • Ensure that any account discrepancies are identified and that these are addressed or escalated to the appropriate person to be dealt with, ensuring that all account information is correct to allow for efficient processes to be applied

  • Proven work experience within a broad administrative role
  • Good understanding of financial processes
  • Time-management and planning skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible team player, able to work under pressure
  • High level of accuracy
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • PC literate - Word and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
