Job Summary
Are you looking for a new team to join?
Ideally you will have experience of purchase ledger and invoice matching/clearance. You will be keen to learn, use problem solving skills to resolve invoice queries and always willing to help a colleague.
Your daily workload will keep you busy, be checking invoices against the jobs booked on the system so that everything matches up, ensuring that any queries are resolved quickly by speaking with colleagues or customers.
The wider team will all muck in during the busy periods and we will train you up on the systems and processes so you are confident, but your team will always be on hand to help. We are a close-knit, friendly team, looking for someone who is enthusiastic and works hard while supporting their colleagues.
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
23 days holiday per year plus all bank holidays
