Ferguson is now seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for various accounts payables tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Audit expense reports not previously audited in the Oracle Expense Module, update shared spreadsheet, and access Oracle for detail
- Generate email communication related to the Gifts and Entertainment Audit using template and send to appropriate party and copy appropriate parties; document responses in a shared spreadsheet and determine completeness or escalating as necessary
- Accurately enter invoice header and detail information into the Oracle AP Module
- Review invoice header and detail information in the Oracle AP Module
- Review of paid expense report transactions on shared spreadsheet
- 2028 invoice processing in Trilogie logons
- Access Works for corporate card transaction details
- Review Positive Pay exceptions to determine if checks presented with conflicting information are legitimate or fraudulent
- Complete other tasks as assigned
- Provide customer service to both internal and external business partners
Qualifications:
- Two years’ experience processing accounts payable invoices in a high volume, fast paced environment preferred
- College degree preferred
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
- Basic understanding of purchase orders and the 3-way match process
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a productivity-driven environment with a high volume of workflow and able to meet daily production goals
- Ability to problem solve and think analytically
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs; especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

Pay Range:
Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
