Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Account Coordinator to join our team at Envisia Learning. In this crucial behind-the-scenes role, ensuring that our major accounts receive proactive attention, service, and support. Your responsibilities will include gathering information, coordinating between our Business Development Team, Implementation Team, and Customer Service Team, and maintaining individual account plans in Notion.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Managing and updating contact lists and databases for existing clients and new leads
- Coordinating with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Business Development (BD) to ensure high-touch relationships with accounts in an organised and highly coordinated fashion
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate record-keeping
- Assisting with scheduling appointments for clients with internal RM or BD representatives as needed
- Ensuring all onboarding activities, paperwork, and contracting are completed and stored appropriately
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for each major account
- Updating and reporting on sales and marketing KPI’s
- Supporting other team members with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, account management, sales support, and/or customer service is desirable but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and organisational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
