ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
WILMSLOW
£24, 000 - £28, 000PA DOE + BENEFITS
Please note this role is office based only and you will need to live within a sensible commuting distance from Wilmslow.
Due to internal promotion our client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to provide support to the team. Experience of the insurance industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
You will need to be a confident user of MS Word and Excel along with a willingness to learn new systems.
ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES
This is a summary of the tasks for the Admin role needs someone who is organised and can really run the back office
- Providing support to a small team of Account Handlers
- Ordering office stationery and securing favourable rates
- Manage accounts email inbox - Filing invoices and arranging payment via online banking
- Checking invoices and uploading onto portal
- Invoicing tenants
- Use Acturis to run month end and upload reports onto portal
- Reconcile bank account
- Monitor payments and petty cash on Excel
- Create management reports
- Pay staff expenses
- Renewal Reports
- Aged Debt
- Collating income figures and running reports for month end figures
- Dealing with account queries
Candidates must have experience gained within a similar role.
