Start: 26/06/2023.
Pay: £22-£24,000 depending on experience.
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 40 hours per week.
Location: Gloucester.
Our client in Gloucester is in-need of an Accounts Administrator to join their vibrant team!

This role will be contracted at first and for the right candidate a permanent role will be offered.
Main duties:
- Purchase ledger tasks.
- Review, complete and process invoices.
- Produce and allocate PO numbers.
- Order processing.
- Payment taking/chasing payments.
- General administrative duties.
- Completion of correspondences.
- In/outbound call management.
- Use of Xero and Zahara.
- General data entry.
- General Reception duties.
- Previous Purchase Ledger task experience.
- Previous invoicing experience.
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft packages such as Excel.
- Previous experience using finance systems desirable.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and manage your own workload.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- The ability to confidently speak on the phone.
