Job description
The Directorate of Student and Campus Life (SCL) at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Accommodation Adviser.
The postholder will work as part of the Queen’s Accommodation team for Student and Staff and Family Accommodation including conference and bed and breakfast guests (out of term) providing a courteous, efficient and effective service, in line with University policies and procedures.
The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate you have:
- Either academic and/or vocational qualification e.g. GCSE, O Level, NVQ Level 2 in a relevant subject/area (or equivalent)
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer focused environment
- Evidence of good numeracy and literacy skills
- IT literacy with experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
