What We Are Looking For...
Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced Ecommerce Enrichment Manager to join our dynamic team. This management role involves overseeing the coordination of samples, managing product categorization, writing compelling product copy, and leading a team of Ecommerce specialists. This position is designed for a detail-oriented, strategic leader with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of both product and ecommerce operations and best practices.
Accountabilities:
- Team Management: Oversee and mentor a small team of executives. Lead recruitment efforts, provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment whilst evolving and improving ways of working across Ecommerce.
- Product Enrichment and Cataloging: Ensure initial product categorisation is accurate and effective, with a best-effort to ensure maximum relevant visibility across our ecommerce sites.
- Sample Coordination: Manage the relationship between our buying teams and our studio to ensure a seamless and efficient sample process that accurately reflects our products in our online store.
- Product Copywriting: Guide the team in writing persuasive, detailed, and SEO-friendly product descriptions that accurately represent product features and benefits. Develop unique selling propositions and strong calls to action constantly looking for opportunities to optimise.
- Quality Control: Establish quality standards and procedures and clear KPI’s across the team. Regularly review product listings to ensure accuracy, appropriate categorization, and consistency in product copy and imagery.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider Ecommerce teams along with buying and customer service teams to ensure alignment of product information and implementation of brand guidelines.
- Customer Insights: Leverage customer feedback (qualitative and quantitative) to inform product information, descriptions, and overall strategy.
- Ecommerce Trends: Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, industry standards, and competitor strategies to continuously enhance our product listings and drive sales.
Skills:
- Substantial experience in ecommerce, with some team management experience.
- Proven success in team management and leadership
- Confident excel user
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of studio processes and ecommerce platforms In-depth understanding of SEO best practices.
- Strong understanding of fashion product categorization and cataloging best practices.
