About the role:
Provide hands-on personal care
Respecting the dignity and privacy of our customers
Dedicated administration time each week to assist the Team Leader with the compliance of the service
On-Call responsibilities - currently one week on and one week off (extra £75 per week whilst on call)
Fixed two week rolling rota
About you:
Experience of working in care
Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Available to work shifts between the hours of 7am and 10pm
Ideally located near Bridgwater & North Petherton to reduce your commute

Paid Travel Time - For every 20 miles you travel we will pay you an additional hour's pay.
Double time on bank holidays and an extra £1 per hour on weekends
Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
Equivalent to 30 days paid annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to the equivalent of 33 after 5 years’ service (pro rata)
