ENTRY LEVEL CREATIVE OPPORTUNITY
This role is an outstanding opportunity for a creative problem solver with strong visual and language skills. It will require you to turn verbal, written and data driven content into engaging visual stories by providing structure, creativity and great execution.
The role will include:
Working closely with both 8works and Oliver Wyman colleagues to design and deliver high impact client experiences. This work will allow you to engage with an array of industry experts, capability leaders and specialists around the globe.
Working with our clients – primarily senior managers, leaders and executives in large, global businesses undergoing change. Creatives have an important role to play in helping our clients clarify and frame their business problems and opportunities, and enabling them to effectively communicate solutions and activate change in their organizations.
The work products and visual assets you create, in a variety of forms and styles, will bring clarity and understanding to the client and their audiences.
Creatives on our team regularly engage with client content, deconstruct complex challenges, frame concepts and bring them to life, and recognize and build on themes.
You will be able to apply user-centred design principles and techniques to create highly accessible and fit for purpose visual work.

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN APPLICANTS?
High level of proven creative ability including language, design and drawing / visualisation skills. Experience in working as part of a team and as an individual on live briefs. A strong and confident speaker with excellent people skills. Client-facing experience will be a big advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a hands-on creative discipline. Ideally in Visual Design, Visual Communication, Motion & Interactive Media, or Architecture & Spatial Design.
- Willingness to learn and apply collaborative and outcome focused methodology to transformation programs and business design

- Excellent command of English language (verbal and written)
- Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality
- Strong hand drawing / visualisation skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud packages (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and similar creative software, Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint
