AWP are investing in additional resources for our Specialised Eating Disorder Service and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for improving access and the quality of care for people with eating disorders.
An exciting and developmental career opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, experienced and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join the Specialist Community Eating Disorder Service.
The community eating disorder team is a welcoming and compassionate team which is undergoing a range of changes as part of current national and regional developments, which will provide opportunities for leadership and innovation.
You will
- have significant post qualification experience and an interest of working with people living with an eating disorder.
- work closely with the MDT as well as providing a resource around the assessment, treatment and support of people living with eating disorders throughout AWP.
- provide expert clinical supervision to clinicians within the eating disorder team. They will provide specialist psychologically treatments for users of the eating disorder community service, as well as have some input to the STEPS inpatient service. Specialist supervision will be available.
