Job description
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HGV / 7.5 Tonne Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- AM starting from 0600 from our Nottingham HD centre working a 5 ON 3 OFF shift pattern
- Working in a timely and efficient completion of multi-drop deliveries and transportation , with two person lifting of heavy items
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Hold a valid HGV 7.5 Tonne Driving Licence (C1), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card / Hold a valid HGV 7.5 Tonne Driving Licence (C1) .
Experience of Multi Drop Home Delivery preferred .
