The role
You would be providing a high level of technical support and customer service to our clients, and potentially to our in-house team, depending on the role you work in. Given the range of technologies we provide is so broad, the work can be quite varied day to day, which keeps it interesting and more rewarding.
The Person:
· Industry experience in an IT Support Role
· For senior roles you will need to be highly talented and experienced in an MSP environment
· Project Management experience gained in a technical environment with a minimum of 3 years' experience Be a logical trouble-shooter with common sense, who is able to resolve issues that others cannot in a calm and positive manner.
· Ability to take a step back to see the bigger picture, analyse and promote alternative methods and to lead the implementation of business systems.
· A genuine concern for quality, always striving to do an excellent job, deliver a professional performance and demonstrating pride in own work.
· Be a genuinely nice person who is kind and caring, and able to communicate well with clients and colleagues alike
· No matter what your experience you need to be a person that just gets and likes technology
Experience
The role requires experience in some of the following technologies and responsibilities from basic to advanced level and the role offered will be dependent on previous experience with the relevant skills.
· At least 3 years’ experience working for an MSP.
· Senior responsibility for the delivery of effective and robust IT solutions and housekeeping.
· Office 365 – user maintenance, licence management and all aspects of associated admin portals such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint. On-Site Infrastructure to cloud migration.
· Azure – familiarity with Azure portal, tenancy migrations, Azure SQL, WebApps, VMs, cost analysis
· Planning/Supporting technical projects and maintaining to ensure agreements are achieved on time and in full
· EndPoint Manager – MDM, MAM, Compliance, policies
· Communicating with all levels of personnel to ensure that customer visits are scheduled and achieved as agreed
· Networking – converged networks, VLANs, WAN routing, DNS
· Firewalls – SonicWall, UniFi, Draytek, port redirection, NAT, NAPT
· Telephony – 3CX PBX, SIP Trunks, WLR, Call routing
· Connectivity – Leased Lines, LLU, xDSL
· WiFi – UniFi, data capture, reporting
· Servers – Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy
· Workstations – Windows 10+, printing, Office 365

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
