ShipSage is a fast-growing 3PL fulfillment company searching for an experienced 3PL Business Services Manager who welcomes the challenge of meeting the needs of a growing business. We're specifically looking for a 3PL Business Services Manager who will help implement the Company's business operations including supporting existing customers, working closely with warehouse operations, collaborating with engineering team to support partner warehouses, in addition to overseeing BPO operations. We are looking for an enthusiastic and results driven team member that is able to strive under pressure.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage fulfillment customer relationship including on boarding, ongoing support, and maximizing engagement and up selling related products and services
- Work closely with warehouse operations to provide seamless experience for customers by prioritizing projects and tasks based on customer needs
- Streamline logistics and dispatching team members on dock appointments and external logistic relationship management, including UPS, USPS, etc.
- Define business expansion strategy into 4PL and SaaS area and manage entire work flow from contract negotiation to implementation to ongoing support
- Overseeing BPO organization on hiring, reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management .
- B.A or B.S. with an accredited university/college
- English and Mandarin Chinese Bilingual is required
- 3PL and fulfillment industry experience is required
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of managing a small to mid size team.
- Excellent strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adjust to the changes of clients and business needs.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
- Expert knowledge of ERP, SCM, WMS is a plus
- Domestic Travel is required approximately 15%.
