2nd Line Support Analyst

2nd Line Support Analyst required to join UK leading supply chain management company who provide solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands such as M&S, ASOS, John Lewis and River Island. They are focused on providing cutting-edge technology to their clients for the ultimate logistics and freight forwarding services.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Providing specialist technical support and assistance in line with SLA’s
- Working with the wider team supporting 1st line technicians
- Proactively managing, co-ordinating and prioritizing tasks to resolve technical incidents and service requests
- Maintaining operational and technical documentation to agreed standard
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
- 2+ years providing technical support in a service desk environment
- Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience in Office 365 packages
- Good knowledge of Windows10/Citrix
- Excellent communication skills
