2nd Line IT Desktop Support (x3 positions) - working for the NHS in Doncaster
Expected duration is at least 6 months
Pay is £12.86 to £15.67/hr (depending on experience) + 25 days/year pro rata holiday (worth another ~£2/hr) + 10% pension after 3 months service
Experience required
Needs to have extensive knowledge of:
Diagnosing PC / Laptop issues.
Fix / Repair PC/Laptop issues
Deploying software
Troubling shooting users IT issues.
Windows 10
Also, knowledge of mobile devices is a bonus (phones, tablets, laptops)
