2024 Spring into Finance for Non-Finance (London)
Keen to kickstart your career in Financial Services and curious if J.P. Morgan might be a good fit for you? Over the course of this immersive experience you will gain an in-depth insight into our Wholesale and Corporate teams, experience our inclusive culture and get the chance to put your skills and learning into practice through a collaborative team activity.
This programme is designed specifically for students from a non-finance background who are interested in learning about our Wholesale and Corporate teams, specifically Investment Banking, Markets, Asset Management, Global Private Banking and Finance & Business Management .
You'll find out what it's like to work in our business and hear first-hand about the responsibilities and workdays of everyone from Analysts to Managing Directors. You'll discover just how deep our commitment is to our communities and employees, and how we're constantly innovating to meet their needs. We'll also help you improve your skills during an interactive workshop, and give you time to network with each other and our business leaders.
You’ll focus on getting to know J.P. Morgan through deep dives into our teams and their work, panel sessions exploring the daily work of analysts and associates and interactive Q&A.
We will also shine a spotlight on the different areas in the business you could join, helping you choose the path that is best for you.
You will have the opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned and interview with your preferred line of business. Impress us here and you could be accelerated to Assessment Centre for a Summer Internship in 2025.
About You
This event is open to students expecting to graduate in 2026. We welcome applicants from all degree backgrounds except those in finance or business as this event is specifically aimed at those from a non-finance background. Enthusiasm for the financial services industry is critical, you’ll also need excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and high levels of self-motivation.
