ChampionX is seeking an ambitious Graduate HR Intern located in Aberdeen. The Graduate HR Intern will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations and ongoing project work for a 6-month internship.

What You Will Do:
- Projects: assist with ad-hoc Human Resources & Payroll projects, such as planning HR campaigns and communication
- Recruitment: supporting recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview packs, administering assessments, facilitating interviews, arranging onboarding and conducting HR inductions
- Employment cycle and relations: supporting the HR Partner with any tasks in relation to the employment cycle and relations as and when required, including supporting annual processes
- Policy and Processes: support HR Partner in maintaining and developing new policy/processes/forms
- Leave administration: support with the administration of sick leave, all types of family-friendly leave, as well as assisting with employee holiday entitlement and time writing queries
- Continuous improvement: proactively looking for ways to improve HR systems and processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- BSc and/or MSc in Human Resource Management or another Business Degree
- A keen interest in a career in Human Resources
- Ability to act in a personable, professional and tactful manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information carefully and with discretion
- Able to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
- Capable with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working as part of team
