2024 Graduate Scheme - Façade Engineering London, England
Job description
Closing Date - 22 October 2023
£30,000 + Benefits
In joining CBRE’s Next Generation Cohort, you will be shaping the future of Real Estate. You will have excellent training and mentoring from industry experts and specialists, who will share invaluable knowledge and experience with you. You will be a part of a wider cohort of like-minded young professionals. We give you the opportunity to work on world class projects so that you gain the knowledge, skills and ability to become the future leaders and our Next Generation of CBRE.
How the exterior walls of buildings perform will have a huge impact on both function and value. It’s a technically complex, high-risk area and our specialist team of façade experts and engineering specialists know what it takes to make façades perform at their best and be sustainable for the future.
At CBRE we support our clients with initial design, manufacture and installation, but also continue to inspect and maintain those facades throughout their lifetime.
As a graduate you will be involved in investigating and diagnosing faults by inspecting façades, support effective maintenance and replacement strategies, advising on design/performance metrics and learn how to advise our clients on how to analyse compliance to manage risk, meet ambitious environmental standards – and get the best possible value for money.
This 2 year programme is for graduates wanting to specialise as a Façade Engineer. If you don’t have the MSc in Façade Engineering we will support you in gaining this via UWE or towards your membership with the Society of Façade Engineering.
