Who we're looking for
We're looking for keen and motivated interns to join our Business Transformation division on our 2024 Summer Internship Programme.
The department
Business Transformation sits at the heart of the business and is responsible for enterprise wide consultancy and change management. This can involve anything from looking at how to improve efficiencies in existing processes to acting as an internal consultant providing advice and guidance to the wider business. You'll be a strong communicator and keen to throw yourself into a variety of projects.
Some of the teams you may join are: Business Solutions, M&A, and Enterprise Change.

The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre and we have everything we need to work flexibly.
The Programme
This programme will provide you with a unique introduction into the investment management industry and how Business Transformation operates within it. You'll be given introductory training and opportunities to network with people across the business.
During your internship you will be assigned to a team within Business Transformation where you will have the opportunity to work on live projects and shadow senior executives.
Some of your tasks may include:
- Supporting workshops and documenting the output
- Working with the Business Solutions team on a strategic initiative
- Working with the Business Solutions team to improve processes and ways of working
- Acting as a Business Analyst on a large programme
- Researching topics to write thought leadership pieces

The knowledge, skills and qualifications we're looking for
- An honours degree or equivalent – we're not fussed when it comes to your degree subject or predicted grade
- You will be in your penultimate year of study. Unfortunately we no longer accept applications from final year students considering further studies (i.e Masters) upon completion of undergraduate course

Candidates should be available to start the 2024 Summer Internship Programme on Monday 10 June 2024. The programme ends on Friday 16 August 2024.
Our internship programme provides an opportunity to convert on to the 2025 graduate programme. More detail will be provided on this to successful applicants.
