- Hours: Full time & part time, fully flexible. Fixed term contract until November 2023.

About the Role
This role is to be the point of contact for guests during their stay of an evening through to the morning. You will assist them with any enquiries that they may have to ensure high levels of satisfaction are delivered and guarantee that they are provided with all the relevant information they need to get the best out of their stay.
You will guide guests to their rooms or tents, giving them all the relevant information, they require for their WILD Adventure.
For our guests arriving in the evening, you will meet and greet then and provide them with help with their luggage should they need it and ensuring you are providing them with a unique service that is tailored to their individual requirements.
You will deal with any guest problems, complaints or compliments and pass on any relevant information to the Reception Team Leader or Reception Manager. You will be able to provide guests with knowledge of room types, facilities and locations with the Resort. Finally, you will support the Front Office team with check in and lobby hosting when busy.
Your duties will also include;
- Keeping the inside and out public areas clean and tidy as well as preparing for the following day’s events in our conference centre.
- Responsible for auditing the financial activities of the hotel and pass on any issues to the night’s duty manager.
- Report any potential Health & Safety hazards to the Night Manager
- If required, you will be expected to conduct Hotel evacuations in accordance with Fire & Safety regulations; as well as Hotel walk rounds and fire extinguisher checks during each shift. Full training will be provided, covering our Hotel and Company policies and procedures.
About You
You will have bags of enthusiasm & energy, with a passion for guest interaction and customer service. You will be able to work well in a team and will be happy to go above and beyond for our guests to ensure they have a ROAR-some stay.
Please note, due to the nature of this role you must age 18 or over.
