• Outside IR35
• Temp to Perm (3 month contract to permanent)

Our client is renowned and established School in Milton Keynes, they have a requirement for a 1st line IT Support Engineer to join them in 2023, ideally within the first or 2nd week of January.

Please note this is a temp to perm role - the first 3 months are paid on an hourly rate (outside IR35) wit ha view to convert to a permanent salary of appox 30k pa.

Ideally you will have previous experience of supporting users within an educational setting, ideally a school or college.

DBS Clearance is highly desirable.

You will need to be confident with excellent communication skills as you will be providing IT support to all employees and users.

Responsibilities

• Providing support for IT
• Assisting with the general administration of the network
• A flexible, "can do" approach is essential
• Promoting and maintaining excellent internal customer relations
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Always maintaining a high level of confidentiality
• Good knowledge of Windows 2016/19 Active Directory administration and Group Policy
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products: Windows 10,
• Passionate about new technology
• Good troubleshooting/analytical skills

Job Type: Temp to perm

Salary: £15.00 per hour
