1st Line Support Engineer
Pearson Carter are currently working with a company within the educational sector, they are a multi-academy trust consisting of four secondary and five primary schools.
They are offering a salary of up to 27k+ benefits
Responsibilities:
- Log all support requests with relevant information on helpdesk
- Update each open call, once every day, unless it is on hold
- Resolve every call within its SLA
- Find and implement solutions to resolve issues
- Support with administration of IT systems and tools
Experience:
- Managing Windows Computers
- Installing software
- User support
- Maintaining printers and other computer peripherals
- Basic support of MS office packages
Salary:
They are offering a salary of up to 27k
Location:
London – 5x a week
