1st Line Support Engineer – £27k – Growth Opportunities!

Pearson Carter are currently working with a multi-academy trust consisting of four secondary schools and five primary schools and have been educating children and young people since 1876!

They are needing an IT Technician to be responsible for responding to IT support requests in accordance with the helpdesk procedures and priorities. The candidate must ensure they deliver a high quality service to all users in line with the school’s service level agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Log all support requests with relevant information on helpdesk
  • Update each open call, once every day, unless it is on hold
  • Resolve every call within its SLA
  • Find and implement solutions to resolve issues
  • Support with administration of IT systems and tools

Experience:

  • Managing Windows Computers
  • Installing software
  • User support
  • Maintaining printers and other computer peripherals
  • Basic support of MS office packages

Salary:

They are offering a range of salaries from £26-28k

Location:

This client is based in London, asking for 5x a week in the office with travel to multiple sites around London, with hybrid opportunities in the future.
