Support Analyst – 1st Line, Entry Level / Graduate / Apprentice / Windows / Customer Support
Entry Level 1st Line Support Analyst required. The successful 1st Line Support Analyst will be a recent graduate, IT apprentice, or an enthusiastic individual looking to start their career in IT Support. The Support Analyst will be enthusiastic, possessing excellent communication and customer service skills, and will ideally possess some technical knowledge of Windows. Knowledge and experience of Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 7 / Windows 10 / Windows 11 and IT security would be advantageous, along with any Server or Testing knowledge.
The 1st Line Support Analyst will be offered extensive training as part of the role, and, working as part of a team, will be responsible for the provision of first line support to 400 users face to face, over the phone, via e-mail and remotely. There will also be involvement in project work, migrations and mobile rollouts.
This role will be based 5 days a week on site for the first three months and will then be hybrid working (2-3 days per week on site) thereafter.

- Knowledge of Active Directory / Office 365 / IT Security – advantageous
