Are you a Night Shift Warehouse Manager who leads from the front, who wants to grow and develop alongside your team.
PD Bannister are looking for an experienced full time Night Shift Warehouse Managers to join our team at our Bradford site. You will be part of the on-site management team and liaise with our key account customers. Control implementation of team briefings, training, and development. You will be responsible for stock integrity control measures.
What you will do on a typical day?
- Lead your team in a fast-paced operation
- Set daily and weekly KPI’s and ensure that these are being meet, and ideally exceeded
- Take full responsibility for the day to day running of your shift, you will lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve challenging targets
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
- Have a good understanding of Health & Safety, you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our polices, while accurately identifying risks and escalating to senior management
What Skills will you need?
- Good decision-making skills and able to response to high pressure situations
- Ability to communicate clearly and motivate your team
- Be competent in the use of WMS systems
- Manage ongoing performance of your team
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched daily (OTIF)
- Good understanding of MHE
- Previous knowledge and experience managing BRC and H&S standards

Pay, benefits:
We are looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 - £40,000. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays. Company Pension Scheme
