1st Line Support Analyst – Windows
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join a market leading organization based in Warrington. As the 1st Line Support Analyst you will join a growing IT Support team and be involved in helping resolve technical IT issues for all of their internal teams. You will provide IT support via phone, email and face to face on a range of issues including Windows Operating systems, Hardware, Office 365, Networks and Exchange.
As the 1stLine Support Analyst you will have at least 1 years’ experience in a 1stLine Support role and have experience of Windows (ideally Windows 10) and Office 365. You ideally have experience of providing hardware support (printers, laptops, etc.) and Exchange but this isn’t essential. You will have excellent communication skills and good customer support experience.

Schedule:
