1st Line IT Support/ Network Engineer
Due to our continued expansion, we are currently looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join our busy support team, to support clients remotely and with field visits. You'll be supporting Windows networks, including associated cloud services, infrastructure, and connectivity. We've been growing rapidly and are now looking for team members who are willing and able to grow with us.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To be the first point of contact for IT support queries to Pc Power International LTD.
- Interpret customer requirements and provide advice andsupport on potential solutions to resolve IT-related issues as they arise.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for Desktops, laptops, iMacs, Printers, scanners, and basic networking such as Access points.
- Provide technical troubleshooting for windows 7-11, office 365, and other software packages.
- Facilitate teamwork by documentation and sharing of work practices.
- Escalating Helpdesk support tickets to the 2nd Line team and working directly with the clients.
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software for clients remotely and on sites.
- Traveling to sites for support and surveys.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be paramount.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a 1st line IT support role or related.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Take pride in providing a high level of customer service.
- Microsoft Windows 7-11, Office 365.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office packages
- Possess basic network infrastructure knowledge such as Wi-Fi networks.
- Ability to schedule own workload prioritizing to meet deadlines.
- Capable of working on own initiative, with a proactive and organized approach.
- Experience in managing iOS/Android devices (beneficial).
- Experience with CCTV systems (Beneficial)
