Job description
A UK Top 100 Professional Services firm who are looking for a 1st Line service analyst to join their team. Our client is big on employee progression, so this role offers an annual promotion programme, access to learning & development tools and career conversations/appraisals PLUS a salary of up to £27,000.
The role will require someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal alongside a friendly and positive attitude as you will be the first point of call. Ideally the perfect candidate will have experience within a similar role.
What experience are we looking for?
· Ability to determine a customer’s issue and carry it through to resolution.
· Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with other members of the Service Desk team and aid in resolving tickets.
· Good administrative skills; including maintaining asset registers, requesting purchase orders, and managing financial cost information.
· Proficient in recording accurate technical and procedural documentation.
· Experience in equipment procurement processes.
· Good technical knowledge within IT Support
· Valid UK Drivers Licence as this role may require occasional site visits to support their other offices.
