About The Role
Working within community services is highly touching, you will be enabling individuals to stay within their own homes.
You will be providing outstanding personal care and support to clients living within the local community.
Each day, you will be helping to maintain individuals independence and wellbeing.
Person-centred care will be at the heart of everything you do, which means you may need to administer medication in line with a clients care plan - full training will be provided.
We are more than a team, we are a family. Lots of support is available through team leaders, senior carers and our friendly office team.

A £500 welcome bonus is payable upon completion of probation period, or after 6 months for internal transfers.
About You
A naturally kind, patient and compassionate person, able to put a smile on clients faces.
Great communication and listening skills to enable you to listen to clients stories.
Committed to delivering excellent customer service, going the extra mile to remember the little things; milky tea with 2 sugars please!
Respectful of the dignity and privacy of others, you’ll be visiting their homes and meeting their family and friends.
Being able to work upon your own initiative with a great sense of humour, no two days will be the same.
Timekeeping skills are paramount, clients like to know they can rely on you, taking the time to listen and understand them but also ensure all tasks are complete.
No formal care experience is required, lived experience and personal qualities are much more important as full training will be provided.
A driving licence and your own vehicle are essential due to individuals we support and the distance between them.
Hours
You will be working on the below rolling basis;
Week One;
- Tuesday 4pm - 10pm
- Wednesday 4pm - 10pm
- Saturday 4pm - 10pm
Week Two;
- Wednesday 4pm - 10pm
- Thursday 4pm - 10pm
- Friday 4pm - 10pm

Contracted hours
45p mileage allowance & 1 hour pay for every 20 miles travelled between clients - this is calculated by our system between clients.
