The Therapy Services Department requires a part-time Admin Assistant to join our busy admin team on a permanent basis
working 18.5 hours over 3 or 4 days per week.
The post holder will provide a quality, comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the WGH Adult Acute Therapy teams including Heads of Service, Site Leads, Clinical Team Leads and Therapy clinical staff.
The Administrative & Clerical Service sits within the Therapy & Rehabilitation Directorate, Acute services in Lothian University Hospital Services. Key responsibilities of the service includes provision of Therapy care to a diverse range of clinical conditions, e.g. Orthopaedics, Stroke, Cardiology, Neurosciences, Critical Care / Surgery, Acute Medicine, Cardio, Thoracic, Respiratory Medicine
Please note: As this post is part-time the salary will be pro-rata.
