Fixed term - 2 Years
Responsible for operationally managing elements of staff wellbeing initiatives in support of W&C and NHSL Work Well strategy including to support, facilitate, and monitor progress of the initiatives to ensure timescales and objectives are being achieved.
To deliver corporate initiatives and adapt for local areas ensuring the health and wellbeing resources, tools and campaigns meet the needs of the local demographics and priorities.
Contribute toward the wellbeing element of local staff engagement frameworks and the overarching NHS Lothian Work Well strategy to promote health and wellbeing in staff and signpost/refer on as appropriate.
