This is an exciting role providing administration support to the Capital Planning and Projects department, which provides technical, commercial and professional assurance to NHS Lothian to develop, sustain and optimise the efficient and effective use of the capital assets needed to support the delivery of clinical strategy in line with the NHS Lothian Capital Plan.
Reporting to the Directorate Assistant/Office Manager, this post will provide support to a team of Programme Directors, ensuring work is delivered to a consistent and high quality.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent organisation skills, be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, have an adaptable approach and be a team player.
Applicants should be educated to HND level admin or have equivalent experience.
