Part Time: 18.75hrs p/w

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic part time Occupational Therapy Assistant Practitioner, working 18.75hrs p/w to join the OT team within the medical day hospital (Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre - ARC). Patients will be seen in both clinic and home settings. The successful candidate will be required to deliver Occupational Therapy intervention with support from the Occupational Therapist to adults over 65 with varying presentations including falls, Parkinson's Disease and cognitive impairment.

The successful candidate will be required to work autonomously as well as part of the Occupational Therapy and Multidisciplinary team.

The Assessment and Rehab Centre is based at the Western General Hospital and is an out-patient clinic that provides a multi disciplinary approach. Good communication and team working skills are essential.
