Job description
HRGO are currently recruiting for 111 Call Handlers on behalf of a Public Sector health organisation based in Wakefield. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Job Title: 111 Call Handlers
Location: Wakefield
Hourly Pay Rate:
Weekdays £10.42
Nights & Saturdays £14.07
Sundays and Bank Holidays £17.61
24hrs - 30hrs a week

Qualifications
3 GCSEs at grade C or above (or an equivalent qualification) including English
Experience Required
- Previous call centre environment
- Ability to deal with confidential/sensitive and distressing information
- Customer service experience
- Excellent listening skills
- Remain calm under pressure
- IT literate
Parking on site is available.
Training is for 10 weeks at either Wakefield or Rotherham - the first 6 weeks would be full time, 100% attendance required. There will another week that would be classroom based to consolidate learning, this will usually be between week 10 and week 14.
