Job description
Responsibilities will include:
- Plan to succeed – ensure that the Zone is capable of delivering the businesses requirements at all times
- Work with Shift Managers to understand service level for Zone and create plans for continuous improvement
- Ensure that house-keeping standards are maintained to a high standard
- Lead – every moment of every day, motivate, reward and engage your team
- Ensure that the team have clear direction and are fully engaged in delivering the businesses objectives
- Engage with the team by developing and continuously improving communication, team building, training and the people plan
- Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and embraced
- Manage the Zone like it’s your own business
- Has a “Can do” mentality which makes challenges, opportunities
- Drive a continuous improvement plan which delivers results and supports a change culture
