About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and creative YouTube Video Editor to join our team! As a Video Editor at our company, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing photos and videos for B2B BRanding and Growth, and long-form of productions that can be used internally and externally. As video has become the best way for communicating company's messages on online platforms, your position will play an important role in our company's success.
Notes: This is a completely remote work, Freelancing project based, and Get paid per video/brief.
Your Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Edit, create, and product long-form of contents that will lead high rate of engagement, conversation and enrich our brand.
- Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
- Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications.
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects, and create rough and final cuts.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

About You:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- 4 years of experience as a YouTube video editor with Personal Branding Growth.
- Experienced in designing engaging and attractive Thumbnails.
- Worked previously in growing businesses on YouTube and other social media with proven experience.
- Understand the YouTube algorithm (in and out), and scale contents around engagement factors.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software.
- Creative mind, creative thinker, and storytelling skills.
- Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business acumen.
