Job description
DCTUK.com are looking for a YouTube Presenter & Video Editor to create fresh new video content for our YouTube channel and social media accounts.
The successful candidate should be experienced and confident with being in front of camera and speaking in an ad lib style.
They will be required to self-shoot all video and edit footage back at the showroom. All equipment will be provided and training for shooting & editing will also be available if required.
Core to this role is for the successful candidate to be an excellent presenter, communicator and on screen personality. A background in performance arts, media, journalism or having your own YouTube channel is preferred.
Experience in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or even basic packages such as Filmora is desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Along with colleagues in the marketing team, think of new ideas each week and organise the filming and editing of them, to promote the DCTUK brand. That doesn’t always have to be flooring related, but could be (a) team challenges, (b) filming & vox popping with the general public, (c) filming & interviewing suppliers/customers, (d) giveaways/promotions.
- Filming our installation projects, usually in London but should be prepared to travel nationwide (all travel expenses paid). Arranging these with our customers and setting up dates when filming can take place.
- Filming product videos in our London showroom and interviewing our suppliers about the products.
- Present livestreams for prize giveaways to our customers - shown live on all our socials (technical help will be provided with this)
- Create a weekly video roundup of everything happening in the business each Friday.
- Presenting our podcast series "The P.O.D" where we interview our customers and find out about their businesses / life stories. (Help will be provided with the filming of this).
- Visiting our head office in Liverpool once or twice a month to get video content from the team to share on social media throughout the month.
- Create micro-content from all video filmed to share on social media - cutting footage up for TikTok, Insta, Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter.
- Using AI and ChatGPT to speed up processes as and when available/required.

Full time, permanent position. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Starting salary: £25,000.
Free TFL travelcard, laptop provided, and free lunch Fridays.
