You will join one of our Engagement Programmes in Glasgow. • Working with young people over the whole duration of a programme, to build their confidence and transferrable skills.
  • Writing, developing, and delivering educational sessions, both face-to-face and virtually, utilising digital technology (including MS Teams).

What experience do I need?

If you believe you have the passion and skills to help young people change their lives and the job description excites you, then we really encourage you to apply! Our young people and employees come from diverse backgrounds, and we would love to hear the different perspectives and experiences that you could bring to the team.
