Job description
The post will be supporting Oxfordshire CAMHS, who provide a range of support to children and young people, from early intervention to complex risk management and treatment of mental health disorders. The post is advertised as full-time, and based in Oxfordshire (base TBC) with some days working virtually or travelling across the county. We are keen to employ the right candidate and happy to discuss the job plan around the role to get the right focus. In this role, you will closely link with the new Anxiety and Depression (AnDY) Clinic, and GH and GMH teams across the county, as well as with the CAMHS Participation Lead.
Oxford Health offers excellent opportunities for service development, service evaluation, and training. We have good supervision and operational structures and an excellent track record of CPD. The service is also committed to evidence-based and evidence generating practice and you will have the opportunity to be part of and will be expected to support service evaluation and Quality Improvement projects. You will be given full induction; we actively encourage professional development, and retain a strong ethos of supporting staff wellbeing.
