Job description
We are looking for an individual with a background in administration and social work. The Support Worker will be an active member of the team, and will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of a busy social service hub. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to make a difference through their work and are interested in pursuing a career in the social services industry. The Support Worker will assist with client support during daily activities, administrative duties, and development at our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist members in all aspects of a community living arrangement.
- Assist with medication management and daily living activities.
- Communicate effectively with members, family, co-workers, and the general public.
- Address conflicts appropriately.
- Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing, in the homes of members.
- Serve meals and assist with meal preparation.
- Conduct home visits for members who live alone.

Contract length: 365 days
Part-time hours: 39 per week
Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
