Main purpose of the role:
This role has two main elements;
The first is to help ensure the smooth running of the studios on a day-to-day basis, whilst
supporting the various Group Functions including CEO, COO, servicing and supporting Group activities and the teams within the Group.
The second element is working within the People Team to support all People Team admin requirements. Responsible for the Employee Life cycle administration, coordinating and administering all aspects of administration throughout the employee life cycle.
Day to day responsibilities –
- Ensure the efficient running of all 3 studios and contribute towards a positive working
environment
- Be a ‘known’ support to ad-hoc client and partner enquiries
- Organise and maintain office supplies such as stationery, cleaning products, refreshments etc.
- Prepare meeting rooms for client and internal meetings
- Main contact for landlords, fire and security system and procedures across all 3 sites
- Provide general support for Group CEO, COO, and board members
- Manage the annual audit for ISO9001
- Coordinate and organise agency days
- Support Head of People with all People Team admin, for example, any changes to employee details, updating internal HRIS, processing new joiners and leavers and assisting with payroll reports.
