Job description
We are looking for an experienced Workshop supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring that all staff are working efficiently and that the workshop is running smoothly. The Workshop supervisor will also be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed, and liaising with customers to ensure their satisfaction. 44 hours per week 830 to 530 Monday to Friday and 830 to 1230 Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to.
- Organise and manage the workflow of the workshop.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Source and Order parts required daily
- Computer work pricing jobs daily and liase with customers on work required
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair
- Maintain records of all services performed in the workshop.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
