Workshop Manager – North West Trucks – Winwick, Warrington
Hours of work: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Due to continued growth and expansion of Greenhous Group and North West Trucks, we are delighted to share that we are opening a brand new site with state of the art equipment and brand new staff facilities in Winwick, Warrington.
Our new site is creating some great opportunities to join one of the largest automotive groups in the UK and we have an opportunity to join the business as a Workshop Manager
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and coach the team to offer a first-class, flexible service to customers
- Work closely with DAF aftersales department, ensuring their procedures are strictly adhered to
- Take financial responsibility for profit and loss, and any arising queries
- Build relationships with all customers based on trust and integrity
- Key account management
- Manage team effectively, ensuring the department is always adequately staffed and all issues are dealt with
- Identify opportunities to grow business
- Set objectives and targets to achieve continual improvement
What we need from you:
- Experience with DAF
- Be organised, efficient and able to multi-task efficiently
- Be flexible, energised and a team player
- Previous experience in a similar role
