Job Description:

Gordon Transport Solutions Ltd is seeking a Driver / Workshop Assistant to join our team in Mauchline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting customers vehicles to and from work in a safe and timely manner. This position will also be responsible for assisting within the workshop and parts departments.

Essential Duties:

• Transport vehicles and equipment to and from workshops
• Assisting within the workshop and parts departments
• Ensure that the workshop is kept clean and organized at all times
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers; must have excellent customer service skills; must have excellent communication skills; must have strong organizational skills; must have strong computer skills; must have strong problem solving skills; must have strong critical thinking skills; must have strong customer service skills; must have an aptitude for learning new skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 45 per week
