The Workplace Experience Coordinator role is a critical part of the Harry's team and culture. We're looking for a delivery-oriented individual who is excited about working in a fast-paced environment with varying responsibilities. You will undertake office and facilities management, as well as designing and executing internal events and employee experience programs. We're looking for a friendly and service-oriented individual who is excited about enhancing our employee experience and elevating the office culture.

*Please note, this role will be required to be in our London office from 9am-6pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Salary is 27,000 pounds per year*


Responsibilities will include:

  • Drive and deliver the strategy, design, planning, and execution of company events including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and overall event communication (e.g. Mammoth Sessions, All Team Offsite, Holiday Party, Anniversary Party).
  • Lead and support people managers in driving our Intl employee experience programmes (e.g. welcoming new hires, anniversary and birthday recognition, milestone moments)
  • Continually critique the effectiveness of WPX programmes/initiatives by soliciting feedback through direct communication, surveys etc.
  • Point of contact for employee, guest and building management
  • Manage and lead workplace-related projects such as move coordination, office space optimisation
  • Office Management including health & Safety, cleaning, first aiders, fire wardens and ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the office
  • Monitor and communicate with external vendors to maintain office inventory including stationary, snacks, refreshments.
  • International new hire communications and managing their in-office experience including key cards, desk support and goodie bags
  • Support the global recruitment team with interview schedules and coordination
  • manage offboarding for all employees (complete IT offboarding, arrange return of all equipments)
  • Support Talent Dev Manager in scheduling, communicating and driving L&D-led team activities such as Fireside Chats and Beer and Learns
  • Support ERG leaders in scheduling and coordinating team-wide events
  • Acting as our front of house receptionist greeting guests warmly and creating a welcoming experience for visitors and employees
  • Document our facilities procedures so they're detailed and easy to understand
